Can {glint hawk idol} attack as soon has he comes out? I think not but a guy is trying to play it that way.

No it cannot. I checked the ruling of the card because it would be cool if it did. But nope, summoning sickness.

Yeah, any permanent that has been animated needs to have been under your control since the beginning of your turn.  Doesn't matter when it became a creature, so long as you controlled that object.

When angels tomb becomes an angel, that wouldn't count as an angel entering the battlefield would it?

Nope.  It's always been there, it just changed properties.
