If i have 2 {vampire nocturnus} in play and the top card is black does all vampires get +4/+2 or just +2/+1?
All bloodsuckers get +4/+2.
Awesome!
Follow-up question: Whats the process and rulings behind this?
Dont remember the specific ruling, But each card on the battlefield trigger seperatly - Which, in your case resultat in the two cards giving you the same +2/1 to each vampire ^.^
The ability on {Vampire Nocturnus} says played with the top card revealed. Since you have two this is redundant. And when certain abilities and effects are redundant, the don't "stack".
These are also separate abilities. So they act alone/separate.
As for the +2/+1; this would stack just like having two {Stromkirk Captain}s. although with two First Strike out you don't get double strike. 😝
it works the same way 2 {honor of the pure}s give all creatures +2+2
2 {Stromkirk capn's} = Equals Double strike! Awesome! Im off to my local Thuesday night magic tourney to show of my new knowledge ;D
But seriously thanks for the help ya'll :)
Idk if you're kidding but having two captains out DOESNT result in double strike.
hence why he says "but seriously"

Oh god you sound just like one of my friends. He had a period where he always pointed out the distinction between greek and latin plural. It started with octopi etc.
Now he goes around and says things in the line of "The correct plural is actually bee-i and not bees." just to tick people off.
Rofl!
But I must know! >.<
And cyclops is cyclopes
