Title: Flayer of the Hatebound 👿
Post by: Ghebert on July 23, 2012, 11:28:05 AM
So if {Flayer of the Hatebound} dies and the undying triggers, will the ability on it trigger before he's on the battlefield, only dealing 4 damaged to an opponent? Or after he's on the battlefield it triggers dealing 5 damage due to the counter from undying?

Well, he has to enter the battlefield for it to even trigger. By that time undying has resolved.

Undying cause him to enter with the +1/+1 counter on him.  He doesn't enter as a 4/2 and then get a counter, he'll enter as a 5/3 (For purposes of a double {Heartless Summoning} he'd live).

The grave Titan wouldn't die, just it's tokens. So I'm not sure why you'd do that either.
