Let's say I exile {Desperate Ravings} using {Semblance Anvil}'s imprint ability. I cast {Runic Repetition} to get back the {Desperate Ravings}. Do my instants still cost {2} less?
I would go with no. Semblance anvil say spells that share a type with the exiled card. Well if there is no exiled card then there's nothing to share a type with.
