Has to have 3 angels and 3 hellkites to be legal for the challenge.

Mana base is a bit screwy. The tap lands are gonna put you at a disadvantage. But it breaks down to 15 blue, 11 white and 8 red mana. Delver can be sideboarded out ect. {Cloudshift} on {Thundermaw Hellkite} to chain reuse him, keep him alive, ect. Use {Cloudshift} like you would {Restoration Angel} in one of these {U}{W} delver net decks, but also interact with {Thundermaw Hellkite}. Pretty straightforward.
