I have something similar. Just a heads up killing wave is beautiful if you have like 2 blood artists out. You deal massive damage whether they sac or not and gain a bit of life.

Sidenote i did a sampledraw and t4 nocturnus then topdecked 7 swamps in a row lol

To many 4 drops in my opinion. You want to be dropping nocturnus or bloodline and not the noble.

Also go for the throat is better than murder, while its legal. In addition to sign in blood, I run 2 {ghoulcaller's bell}. Reason is, not only does it help to get black on top for nocturnus, but it also helps manipulate what you draw next since you can see your top deck

Im trying to stay away from rotating cards but the bell is worth taking into consideration! :D
