How consistent is it?

Idk where you people attend your local fnm, but here where I reside, this deck will go 0-5 if lucky. (not to be harsh) but this deck runs on small and fragile creatures. I can't say it any other way, these creatures will simply be outclassed past turn 2

You must have a pretty good environment/meta. Any suggestions for "classier" creatures?
Quote from: BlackJester on December 14, 2011, 11:06:09 PMThis deck is base on solidity. I'm not trying to build the next format defining deck so I didn't alter the theme much. This deck is built to survive the toughest things that the current metagame can throw. It could be called a control deck, but that would be a lie. An aggro deck, but that would be lies too.
Well, ask for some cards, get a whole deck!
Is this more control based strategy?
Quote from: Appleguru56 on December 14, 2011, 09:59:21 PMQFT, sadly. I would work out a much more leaner vampires build, something likeQuote from: Thattallguy on December 14, 2011, 06:09:52 PM

Quote from: Goblinking on December 15, 2011, 12:48:33 AMOh, your definition of good isn't the same as mine.
Um not fragile the all gain counters and get bigger play test a deck before u say stuff
Quote from: Goblinking on December 15, 2011, 02:02:01 AMOh I'm not trying to hate on this deck. I always try to improve the deck the best that I can, especially fnm decks.
That's true I would say the same but if ur gunna hate on a deck at least try it
Quote from: Goblinking on December 15, 2011, 03:15:53 AMI'll try playtesting it if I have the time. Against which deck?
Don't get me wrong but give it a shot even if it's just with freinds some decks will suprize u
Quote from: Goblinking on December 15, 2011, 02:02:01 AMYeah. We're not hating on it, but we're just a little harsh when we see a deck that could use more help.

Quote from: Prophylaxis on December 15, 2011, 10:26:44 AMI would suggest illusions or tempered steel, and then if you have time, wolf run ramp.Quote from: Goblinking on December 15, 2011, 03:15:53 AMI'll try playtesting it if I have the time. Against which deck?

Goblinking, I think that Prophylaxis and AppleGuru56 are trying to help, (even though they are being a little blunt about it).
Maybe we all need to start being clear about the intentions of the decks we post? I think the general assumption is that if you post a deck in Standard, you are looking to make a competitive tournament/FNM deck. I believe that Prophylaxis and AppleGuru56 are coming from a place of experience here, and (while they may not always be right, who is after all) they have some good advice on the format and competitive play.
If you are posting a deck that you play with your friends, maybe Casual would be a better home for it? All advice should be taken with a grain of salt. (And all advice should be given with a grain of sugar, hey? ;) ) At the end of the day, it is YOUR deck to do with as you please. Just be aware, posting the the Standard threads is going to encourage advice from the readers.
