Due to worries about copyright infringement, I will no longer e continuing "Tales of the Planes" I am looking at other articles that I think people would enjoy. Here Sre some ideas:
Deck Archtypes
Color Theories and aspects
Card protection and organization
Any other ideas are appreciated.
Why are you so worried about this?

Don't want to give Wizards more ammo to come back at us.
You aren't making money off posting here, so what's the problem?
It's called plagiarism.
Calling someone else's work your own.
That is illegal. Not that I really care, because jaces posts were cool. I think that's what he meant by being afraid.

Is he plagiarising?
Idk. Did he write the articles from his head? Or from a book/other source, and changed them a little?
I'm not sure. So not trying to be sarcastic.
I wrote them, but they follow the same storyline and I just don't want to get wizards riled up again.

Yes. I just changed the POV and cut certain parts. The writing is original, but the story isn't.
Okay. I see what you're saying.
That's what I thought.
Dont worry. I won't tell. I did enjoy the storyline. Maybe not the pov, but it was pretty bold. Which I liked.

Okay, look at this:

There are cadres of stories there that don't plagiarize at all - they chose a story or a setting on Magic and they aren't getting sued. Why should you?
I really didn't want to drag this out. But you want to. So I'm going to say it
As he said he just changed the pov and cut things out. Meaning he did, at one point, look at a story written by someone else. Then decided to change It around a bit.
Like I said. It's unlikely anything will happen, but wouldn't you rather write your own work, instead of just changing it around a little bit? I mean, anyone could do that.
I'm not trying to bash him at all. Just wanted to voice this.
I really liked your stories. It kinda upsets me that those idiots at wizards scares you that they could attack this amazing app agian. But I do understand. I'm sure what you write will be awesome.
You could put a "*" at the bottom of each article to look something like this.
*This content is an abstract interpretation of "book name", "author", yada yada.
Fan fiction?
Yes, but not all fanfic is protected. It depends on the work and on how much the original author/owner of the work wants to protect it. I don't think WotC is worried about this area of IP, but Im not a lawyer at Hasbro, yo.
tl;dr I think we're safe here.
Still, though, actual original work is better than someone else's.

I love these stories

If it was 100% original, it wouldn't be set in the Magic Multiverse. At some point if it's to be magic related it'll have to borrow from things we know about the established worlds. Otherwise, it's just random fiction (still fine, but not MtG related).
It would be a great PR decisiOn to come after someone writing fan fiction. That alone makes you safe, aside from legal crap. Please continue.

Tired of seeing 👆 his name In the main forum page just wanna forget about it
I love seeing a mod do something like Proph did. It just makes me laugh
Deck archetypes would be fantastic, something like Bringing your A game but specific to a deck or playstyle. I personally would find that immensely helpful and would religiously follow and respond to it.
I agree with the deck archetypes! You could make guides on each archetype which could explain why "the deck would be better off without this card" or why "this card is better than that in this deck".
Ok I swear that one ^^ is not me.
I swear it's not me, I never check out the articles :P

Why haven't you made your new account yet? It's past the day where your phone was due to go away, but you're using the same account. More lies?...
