Well the pairing system I use is dci sanctioned and you have to be a judge to use it.

The only other one I know of is chaleglong or something like that. I would google it. Should autocorrect for you.

I go to an unsanctioned tourney and what we do is we each roll a die until we all get a different number, then pair up the closest numbers. From there it is by amount I wins/losses

Drawing out of a hat for round 1.  I like double elimination bracket style.  If you have an odd number then random for the bye
