So {Fog Bank} was reprinted from Urza's Saga to 2013. I said to myself "Hell, I'll go get a play set of the old ones to play with for fun." I payed $1.00 for a set. $0.25 each. I look it up on tcgplayer.com and the price on the Urza's Saga card is $1.97 apparently. Can anyone help verify this? If so, then I just got $7.88 worth of cards for a dollar. 😝
Prices usually are cheaper for reprinted cards. Newer sets means its worth less. Unless it was mass produced.

Clearly, they didn't have TCGPlayer. ;)
Reprints will often affect old card prices, sometimes it'll go up because players like yourself like to get the old ones. Sometimes it'll go down because access.
You got a decent deal. Considering they're 38 cents.

In Avacyn Restored prerelease I was {Defang}ing people and they wouldn't block my 1/1 creatures with a {Defang}ed 3/3. Lol. I just let it go. I'm sorry. I wanted to win.
I played {Fogbank} against my buddies re green aggro deck and he had {Shock}s, {Pillar of Flame}s, you name it. And he wouldn't target it because he didn't think he could. So at the end of the game I told him and he was like "Aw what the hell!"
