I was wondering if any body could think of a deck that she would fit in or if she could get flash or something somehow

Well she won't fit in an ANGLE deck she's neither obtuse nor acute.

However she may fit in an ANGEL deck that uses g/w humans to ramp them out

Just dont. It is a terrible card. Every other card i can think of with "serra" in it's name are more worth playing in a deck.
