I'd swap the CoP:{B} for a {Sphere of Grace} or {Personal Sanctuary}.  With CoP, you have to pay {1} for each point of Pestilence, since each one triggers separately.  Or you could go with {Pariah} on a Pro:{B} dude.

Or {urza's armor} that usually works in my pestilence decks.

Urza's is good, especially if you want to go mono-{B}, which for Pestilence you should.
