No. Redirect can only change to another legal target. {Metamorphose} must target a creature controlled by one of your opponents.

Play a bunch of Draw, {Thought Scour}, cantrips, proliferate maybe. Toss in {Talrand, the Sky Summoner} just so I can get some use out of him. This may be the next deck I build.
