{Baru Fist of Kosa} with {Cackling Counterpart} or {Clone}
Sacrifice the copy then you get a wurm token.

Baru's ability asks you to discard a copy, not sacrifice one in play.

While they are in your hand, neither {Cackling Counterpart}, nor {Clone} are copies of Baru.

You could copy the token with {clone} but that is not that great

Just don't try to {Clone} {Baru, Fist of Krosa}.  Bad things happen.  :'(
