Tamiyo, the Moon Sage + Time Walk + Thought Scour . Play Tamiyo, and once you have her emblem out, play Time Walk.
Also play Thought Scour. Repeat, every turn, since the emblem puts both back in your hand every turn.

{personal tutor} and {mystical tutor} can help you get {time walk} and {thought scour} quickly, but there is no mono {U} search for planeswalker. You'd have to draw Tamiyo. You can speed up her loyalty with proliferate, however.

thanks that would work! do you know if any white cards could get the planeswlker out? im thinking of making a blue-white deck

I was playing a frites deck at FNM and I pulled this off. He would keep casting {Elesh norn} and I would keep casting {devastion tide} then I played {Tamiyo the moon sage} then {temporal mastery} a few times the {thought scoured} the heck out of him. Also with {feeling of dread} it is not that hard to ultimate her at all.
You know that {Temporal Mastery} gets exiled when it resolves, right? You cant cast it again, even with Tammy's ultimate.

White can search for auras and enchantments only, as far as I know. The only color I know that has the ability to search your library for a planeswalker is black. {Diabolic Tutor}, {Demonic Tutor}, {Vampiric Tutor}, and such.
