Opponent: *table flip*. :).
I guess I should add that, while highly unlikely as an actual draw, this would be as epic as they come.
If you turn one a nicol bolas then the opponent is doing something wrong..

Lol! What're they gonna do T1?
they really only have the opportunity to {mental misstep} {force of will} or {daze} if they played an island.

I was thinking this as well
Wouldn't you have to wait a turn to sac the toad? Or can you use sac ability's while they have summoning sickness?

Does not require tapping. Therefor no summoning sickness occurs. 🔨

Creatures are only affected by summoning sickness if they attack without haste the turn they enter the battlefield, or tap for its own ability. If you tap it for another cards ability/cost it isn't affected by summoning sickness either. Mainly speaking of tap symbol.
Fixed, BJ said it better.

Just a little clarity: You can't attack with or use abilities with a tap symbol on it on creatures you haven't controlled since the beginning of your turn.
If you steal a creature, you can't attack with it that turn.
If you cast a creature and enchant it with {Predatory Urge}, you can't use the ability.
If you cast {Arachnus Spinner}, you can tap any spider you control to use the ability right away, since there is no tap symbol.

Can you tap the spinner after you play it to use its ability?
Of course! 👍
