Does it stack?
As in, will the angel that gives everything exalted give another exalted creature "exalted exalted" or +2/+2 per permanent with exalted.
{Sublime Archangel} contains your answer. And while Rules Text are not the Rules, does adequately answer the question.
resolved.
I don't think it does, someone brought it up
Don't understand your answers.
it works.
Each instance of exalted will give the solo attacker +1/1 ๐จ
So if I have the angel out, and one other creature that has exalted on it. I will only get a bump of +2. Or will the other creature bump twice? I think i only get it a +2 bump Cause I can't give a creature double flying.
Jesus...
Exalted stacks. Count how many times you see exalted, that's how many +1/+1's a solo attacker will get.
So, {Sublime Archangel} plus another exalted creature on the board. Sublime swings alone, how many? Everybody now
THREE!!!!

Read {Sublime Angel}'s second text box. "each instance of exalted triggers separately."

gavel has already been used liberally.

But what if you have double strike what happens thenโโโ
Jkjk
Exalted + Doublestrike is a reasonable question, actually.
Nothing happens. Doublestrike doesn't trigger exalted again. Only another attack phase would.

I think the guy was asking if sublime archangel would give a creature with exalted another Exalted. If so, no, I don't think you can stack keywords to, say, give a creature double lifelink or double flying. DOUBLE HAWK

... omg this has already been resolved... it's even in {sublime archangel}'s reminder text. double exalted works.
I I love love double double chex chex
I saw this thread and didnt read it cause the answer was easy, but it's stayed on top for so long i figured id see what the problem was.... That was painful to read.
Some keywords can stack. So far as i can tell, the ones that change a creatures behavior (how it attacks, deals damage, and so on) cant stack, but the ones that give the creature bonus's can stack (exalted, bloodthirst, etc.).
Hello, I am Derp it's nice to meet you

A good summary. Let's be exhaustive, shall we:
All "stackable" keyword abilities as of this postRampage
Cumulative Upkeep
Flanking
Amplify
Provoke
Storm
Affinity
Modular
Sunburst
Bushido
Soulshift
Bloodthirst
Replicate
Graft
Ripple
Vanishing
Absorb
Fortify
Frenzy
Gravestorm
Poisonous
Conspire
Exalted
Cascade
Annihilator
Battlecry
In this context, "stackable" means "If a spell/creature/permanent has multiple instances of [ KEYWORD ], each of them applies/triggers separately."
We good here? I may just post this as a sticky for future reference.
You must pop it and lock it jester
Popped and locked. Cue the dubstep. 8)

Does exalted stack with banding? I never found banding as confusing as stated in the reasoning behind absolving it, but I always found it annoying.
It was a wise guy question, I know exalted does not work with more than one attacker, but it would make banding more interesting at least.
When you band something they become one creature so exalted would work because it's still only one creature attacking
That is not correct. Exalted states exactly one creature. During declare attackers, you declare attackers, then you choose to band which then forms the one banded force, then you tap to attack. It's a small tedious detail in the declare attackers step, but it is the reason why banded creatures would not gain exalted benefits.

No, they are still different creatures. They don't share abilities, you can't kill the band with one {Murder}, you couldn't sac a band to a {Disciple of Griselbrand} for {1}.

Hmmm. Interesting. If you can sac a banded group using the ability, why would murder not also work? Fancy word semantics? I'm scratching my head on that one, since either way real damage isn't being dealt; unless I've misunderstood sacrifice rules regarding this.
How would target creature differ from sacrifice a creature in a banded sense is my real question I suppose.
Never mind -- Canadian auto correct must not be 100% compatible with English contractions. Either that or jester spilled some gravy from his fries onto the keyboard ;)
Typo.
Fixed.
Oh ok. I was seriously confused dude, lol. Thanks :P
Why do Americans always bring up the Canadian thing? Zealous over compensation for a deep seeded yearning to live in the land of perpetual snow, beer that doesn't taste like water, universal healthcare, an abundance of beaver (see what I did there ๐), and being able to leave your door unlocked whenever?

Lol cartoon yes. Who can say no to a rocky bullwinkle spinoff. I thought you were talking the ill fated brendan Fraser fiasco
Do you mean the Snidely Whiplash ref? You mean the character from the American cartoon series Rocky and Bullwinkle, or the American movie Dudley Do-Right, played by American Bredan Fraser?
You know, if it wasn't for the fact the OP's question was answered on the first page, I'd say we should get back on track. But then we'd have missed all this hilarity. Hurray for off-topic!
Yes.

Well then i be mistaken.

Jed Ross is Canadian. But anyway. We are so off topic. Somebody needs to ask another dumb, resolved-already-with-gavel-action question about exalted...
Two creatures attack. One with exalted. Opponent taps {Maze of Ith} on the one without exalted. Does the exalted creature gain the +1?

Nope. Exalted only triggers once at the time attackers are declared.
