Title: Stupid question
Post by: Xanzurth on July 15, 2012, 12:36:42 PM
I believe the answer to be no but not total sure. Can you have Venser the PW out with Venser the human wizard?

Yes you can.
The  legendary rule says you can't have two legendary permanents with the exact same name ({Kamahl, Pit Fighter} and {Kamahl, Fist of Krosa} can both be on the board).

The PW rule says you can't have two PWs of the same PW type (look in the type line on the card).
Neither of these are happening, so it's all good.

Almost forgot: Resolved. 🔨

Btw. No question is stupid. We answer and ask questions to help everyone out. Even some of the most experienced players have questions that can be so simple. There are so many rules and regs in magic it's easy to get confused.
