The champions dont seem to do enough to be worth the slot. Is there anything that you thought about but didnt make the cut?
How about that new exalted white knight?

Not including the champions there is 16. And you dont run gather the townsfolk. Champions power comes from the fact they either waste a kill on him or lose half their life to him alone, but that only consistanly works if about half your deck makes him bigger.

Honestly don't see the point of exalted in standard ATM like its good turn two and 3 swing or if you can only hit with one creature in the air and the point of this deck is to over run them with small D's

It allows for blockers against your opponent while getting the same amount of damage in turns 4-8 (if it lasts that long).

This may be the control player in me talking, but options are always good to have in magic.

Yeah I love options(control player pre avacyn release) I tryed to keep control but it never won me anything after avacyn every deck was too quick for me to handle in my meta so I'm build something I know works cause I played haunted humans back before I got into control<3

I feel your pain. Ive had to compromise by using the control elements of {frost titan} and {inferno titan} to counter the most aggro decks.
