What is restriceted in legacy?
Nothing
A couple inches above this post is the banned list. It says restricted, though nothing is restricted.

Yeah I saw that but since it did not say anything I got confused.
Thanks Kubberr
Anytime! :)
Legacy doesn't carry a restricted list. Many (including myself) find it superior to Vintage for that reason.
Then aren't legacy and casual the same then?

Restricted means you can only have one of it banned means you can not use it at all.

Why would having access to fewer cards make it superior? /semi-rhetorical
The restricted shenanigans in Vintage do annoy me. You can essentially use the Power 9 as 9 of the cards in a 60 card deck. Whereas they do not exist in Legacy. It makes for a better game, while also not cheapening the difficulty. *shrug* I prefer it. It appears to be the preferred extended format.
Legacy just doesnt restrict cards. It's either banned of legal which is nice. Everything is pretty streight forward

Yeah, until your favorite cards get banned.

Would you really want to play against people that have a play set of moxes and can go off turn 1 for a win?? Where is the fun In that?
No interaction between players= no fun.
