Title: Undying Control question.

My opponent has attacked with {Dread Slaver} and I have blocked with {Butcher Ghoul}  we want to know who gets control after undying kicks in? Both effects say under your control, the undying for me, and the slaver ability.

You would get the ghoul if it was his turn but on your turn he would get it.

You would get it. Since its his turn, he has priority, and his slaver's ability goes on the stack first. Your creature's ability then goes on the stack, and resolves first, leaving his slaver with nothing to target.

Pretty much who's ever turn it isn't gets the creature.
