Get rid of {Serra Avenger} for 1 more {Restoration Angel} and 2 more {Go for the Throat}.

And in anticipation of rotation repleace {Gitaxian Probe} with {Think Twice} or {Thought Scour}.

No. Rotation is over 2 months away. It's nonsense to stop playing them so early.

I'm running Gitaxian probe till it rotates, and I rather have 3 two drops than another four drop and 2 black spells that are Ussually dead in my hand cause I don't have the black for them

{talrand, sky summoner} is better than avenger in a deck that is run by the idea of flooding your deck with instants and sorceries to flip delver.

I just see him as too high a cost and i rather have 3 more low cost dudes then three more 4 cmc dudes

Only a two of, maybe three if your meta is slower or kills delver easy. He ends games far better than an avenger will. Delver wins major tournies because it is the perfect fusion of aggro and control, dont forget you can control the game and protect talrand.
