Well, the first thing you need to start any deck a win con. Also, coming up with a focus for the deck (removal, healing, swarm, etc) helps a lot. From there, find cards that help your focus and win con.

Geralfs Messenger being birthing podded into Restoration Angel, targeting the returned undying Messenger is a good interaction I've read about.
