Hmm. I'm gonna say you tap your stalker, target opponents creature, while its on the stack... Wait does that ability use the stack? Crap I've been reading the rules too much lately and get confused... Anyway, assuming it uses the stack, you then cloudshift your stalker and Robert's your mother's brother.

Edit, yea opponents creature still goes. Once the thing is on the stack, if the source is no longer there it doesn't matter. I think. O hell I have to get out of the rules section...

On second thought, I think I'm wrong. Going with fizzle. Cloudshift wins the stack battle. I need to go to bed. I'm rambling now.., see look! I just keep going! And going...

On a related note, if the other creature were to leave the BF, the ability would not resolve because all of its targets are gone. You keep your dude.

???

I dunno, sometimes you want to shuffle.  Post {Terminus} perhaps.  I might do it to my own creature in response to a BSZ board sweep.

By the Trident of Hades!  I just had an epiphany!  Use this guy to abuse/reuse Cascaders ({Shardless Agent}, {Bloodbraid Elf}) from the new Planechase precon!  W00t!

I dont really understand, wouldnt a simple {unsummon} be better?

We're getting off topic, but {Unsummon} could stump a Cascade and once you cast it, it's spent.  With this guy, you can reload it in your deck and get it back with the next Cascade run.  Also, reshuffling your opponent's threat is usually better than reloading it to their hand so they can recast it the next turn.

Yes i like how the Stalker totally screws with your opponent ^^
not back in hand or to thr gy without exile? Whats going on??
I can see the usefulness with cascade now. i was thinking in weird ways.
