My bro used {Stolen Goods} on me and cast {Lingering Souls} for free. Can be then flash it back or does it go to my graveyard?

Pretty sure it would go to your GY and he has no chance of flashing it back since he no longer controls it

Cards go to their respective owner's graveyard, so they would not be able to flash it back.

Thanks guys. We played it the wrong way then. But it doesn't matter because he forgot to flash it back and I never got the black mana producer I needed haha
