Any advice would be welcome. My main concern is its vulnerabililty to sweepers and possibly chump blocking.

Strangleroot Geist + Rancor= Turn 2 4/1 with trample and undying. War falcon, while not amazing may slow down Delver enough for you to swing in.

You can always use ranger's guile as a cheap anti-target removal...

Not possible with the deck list. He'd need 3 forest to pull that off and is running avacyns pilgrim instead of llanowar.

Updated for Ktk Standard. Please ignore the sideboard. I considered going Abzan but think the mana base is too greedy, especially with the painlands.

I think some active tricks like gods willing and ajanis presence are key for the current meta removal.

1 mana for beat saving trick

Totally worth it

{Sunblade elf} very good for a one drop and then turn two swing for two then drop a {fleecemane} for five power on the board. Also he helps to beef up your creatures later in the game
