I've been mulling over a U/R Mill idea post rotation, maybe use {Dual Casting} too? And {Jace, Memory Adept}, {Mind Sculpt} seems good too.

I'd consider having Snapcaster Mage replace Lord of the Unreal. Otherwise, looks like a lot of fun
