Say I have 2 {parallel lives} out at once and I play a token generating card, do both activate separately So I get two sets of double the tokens?
I believe they trigger separately, as I've seen someone who's done this and put two tokens instead of one.
Heck yea they each produce tokens.....put four in play and get 4 tokens if you can :)
If you check the rulings in the card menu, you will get four times the tokens. If you have three {Parallel Lives} in play, you'll get eight times. ðŸ'
Woah you serious?!?!??

I'm rarely serious, but yeah. It's exponential growth. If you can get four in play, for every token you get a massive 16 times the tokens instead. 🎉
That's why {Doubling Season} is worth so much.
Wow that's sick
Hey blackjester can you explain how that would trigger for me?

Sure, but it's not a trigger, it's a replacement effect. When you see the word "instead" it replaces the original event.
When the first effect replaces the token with two, each of the two new tokens are replaced by the second effect by two each. 2 x 2 = 4. Now if there's a third {Parallel Lives}, then each of those four are replaced with two. 4 x 2 = 8.
Let's say you manage to get four {Parallel Lives} AND four {Doubling Seasons} in play. If you have an effect try to put just one 3/3 Golem onto he battlefield you would get 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 = 256 tokens! :o Yep.
That is so insane
Hope you brought enough tokens. ;D
