How'd everyone else do at their events?
Ill be at mine in an hour... Got high hopes since the fellas that used to dom these events moved to Colorado.
I fell for the land trap and played colors i shouldntve first round just cause i had the dual and got stomped round one. Then i came back with u/w exalted fliers+lifegain and green support. Foil stuffy doll was a beast!
This girl opened two lilianas from her six packs!!! She played them of course, I told her they'd be better in mono black, she ignored me and went 0-2. Hey at least she got the lillys
Not going, I'll be splitting a box with two other friends though. We will be cracking that open most likely on the 13th

Touché. But since you are talking about rotation in the mathematical sense, turning something clockwise is seen as a negative degree value. So your choices are either
-90 degrees or 270 degrees. I see your "lawyered" and raise you "mathed".
Last time I took a math class I was taught angles can go any direction. So if I start with a vertical line and go 90 degrees click wise or counter clock wise it is still a 90 degree angle. Also I never said anything about math. I just said it still rotates and I personally rotate it a 1/4 turn clockwise. Some people rotate their stuff mor or less. Also I never said anything about lawyered. So sorry to burst so many bubbles.

I did a sealed draft this afternoon and ended up with a 2-1 record and won 6 packs. It was pretty awesome!!
Ouch!!! Went 0-2 then got the buy. Haha. Decided it was time to leave after that. Still fun and since I hardly ever play live events anymore I enjoyed myself.

I played against two types of GW. {elserscale worn} and {odeic} were insane.
Along with the fetch a death touch reach or hexproof gal. And mana ramping.
Saw some few playing mono black. Some gal pulled two Lillies. Lots of flying as to be expected. I'd say if you can run BW exhalted.

I did worse than I've ever done in a tournament. I did pull a {vampire nocturnus} though. Couldn't use him, 0 other vampires and garbage black in my packs. But I got to take him home I guess. Picked up an Odric intro pack while there and opened a {Worldfire} in there. People were getting crazy good pulls from intro packs. Including Ajani and Lili.
I played uw got 2-2 I didn't get any foils but I got one mythic it was so lame I forgot the name and I just rhymed what up!?

So also did a prerelease Friday. Got foil vampirel nocturus went 5-1. Today got liliana ajani and sublime angel...yeah it happened...just dropped and went home to sleep. Didn't have good enough other stuff to have won anything else
Blah went 2-2 won a pack got that green mythic hydra in foil. Was mostly fun but some people take this too serious.

In my prerelease I went 0-4 as well. However I pulled a {Lilana of the Dark Realms}, a foil {Rootbound Craig} and a {Elderscaled Wurm}...
Even my local store owner said I got the short end of the stick on my packs. 0-5

Man! I made the stupidest move during one of my matches. I attacked with my 17/17 {Serra avatar}. I forgot he had that freaking {stuffy doll}. He blocked for the win. Duh! Lol! He even asked me if I was sure I wanted to attack. Lol!

It did okay, but the only reason I won 3 matches was because I lost the first two, so I was paired with weaker decks.
