Does mana matter in a standard deck like does the mana have to be from a standard set or can u use like 10th in a standard just a random set that came to mind

No it does not.  ;D Just like you can use the {Pacifism} from Onslaught in Standard today due to it being a reprint. A lot of people use the Zendikar lands most of the time.

{Pacifism} is not currently in standard. Lol

I use the 1996 arena lands. Nothing like seeing the Loch Ness monster on islands or swimming through swamps...
