I am probably take out increasing devotion in my side board and replace with blood reckoning, the 4 drop whenever a creature attacks me you one of my planes walkers they lose a life from m 13

Blood reckoning is from m13?
3 colorless and 1 B enchantment whenever a creature attacks you or a planes walker you control it controller losses 1 life.

I would like to put in one {reforge the soul} but I don't know what to take out. When I use the sample draw feature I start to top deck mid game.
