My opponent has {Call to the Grave}.
I have 3 spirit tokens out.
At the beginning of my upkeep I have a {Moorland Haunt} untapped as well as the mana to activate the moorland haunts ability.
Call to the Grave activated and is put on the stack. Before it resolves. I sacrifice my token. Activate moorland haunt. And exile it from my gy. And a new token comes out.
Am I correct or can I not do this?
You can't exile a token from your graveyard since tokens don't go the the graveyard.
If that's what you mean.
Tokens cease to exist once they leave play.
If I understand the rule correctly, tokens go to the graveyard just fast enough to trigger "dies" effects. As soon as they hit the yard, they are removed from play as a state-based action that does not use the stack and cannot be responded to, so there is no way to save them from the graveyard (or exile).
How about if a token is on the field and the opponent player uses remove card and put it back in owners hand. does the token get destroyed or does it go back in your hand?

The token goes into the hand and immediate ceases to exist.
So the token would go to my hand then get destroyed?
Yes. To be clear, whebever a token leaves a zone, it is destroyed AS A STATE-BASED ACTION. State-based actions cannot be responded to with instants.
Btw: a token changing sides of the battlefield is not changing zones. The battlefield is one zone. This means you can gain/lose control of tokens.

Not so much "destroyed" as just plain gone and removed the game completely. It goes to the {AWOL} place :P

Nothing useful.
You won't get the token back.
State based action. State based actions are faster than all abilities, triggers, or anything in the world!!! A token is exiled as a state based action once it hits the gy. So no undying.

Besides saying the same thing these guys are telling you, {Moorland Haunt} specifies creature
card, which token creatures are not. 🔨

Nuh-uh, RPTS attacks BEFORE YOU EVEN CAST IT!!! (btw did you know today is ALL CAP DAY?!?)
Because it relavent to the post the order of MtG speed is as follows. Sorcery, Instant, Split Second, State Based Affects (SBA's), RPTS, then mana ability and morph which don't use the stack.
