All you need for a secondary self mill win con is 1 {memory's journey} and 1 {laboratory maniac}.  It does not matter if either is in your hand or GY since you can Flashback the journey.

All in all this thing does pretty good.....in casual play.

How do you figure?  {memory's journey} returns cards from your GY to your library.  If your library is low and you are about to mill yourself then you cast the journey so you can put the maniac in your library, cast the maniac, and win when you are milled out.
