{spawnsire of Ulamog}'s 20 cost ability targets only creatures in the side board correct?
If you have a look at the cards rules on its Database page, it is explained in the third entry down:
6/15/2010: In a casual game, the cards you cast from outside the game come from your personal collection. In a sanctioned event, those cards must come from your sideboard. Note that you can't cast cards from exile this way; exile is a zone in the game.

Sadly, that's all the Eldrazi I own. With all the boosters I bought, I only got a couple of them.
