{Dismember}
Yep.
Well that sucks.. At least he destroys a permanent.
In a little more detail, if a creature's toughness is reduced to 0, it is put into the gy as a state based effect. This is not a destroy, and can't be regenerated. -x/-x is one of the ways to deal with indestructibility.
Yeah I know it just sucks :p but now if in response I play {titanic growth} on Ulamog he lives right?

Yes. Anything that would prevent it from going to 0 toughness, even just until the end of turn, will keep it alive

However, to be explicit for new players, Lethal Damage (damage done by creatures that reduces toughness below 0)
does not kill an Indestructible creature. They just brush themselves off, get up and keep on going.
700.4. If a permanent is indestructible, rules and effects can't destroy it. (See rule 701.6, "Destroy.") Such permanents are not destroyed by lethal damage, and they ignore the lethal-damage state-based action (see rule 704.5g). Rules or effects may cause an indestructible permanent to be sacrificed, put into a graveyard, or exiled.

Correct, except for the part about damage reducing a creatures toughness. A creatures toughness is not affected by non-wither, non-infect sources. If a 4/4 creature is hit with a {Lightning Bolt}, it will still be a 4/4. It will just have 3 points of damage marked on it.
119.3e Damage dealt to a creature by a source with neither wither nor infect causes that much damage to be marked on that creature.
