Errmm, sorry not quite. {Mycosynth Latice} will turn all permanents in play into artifacts and all other spells in other zones colorless. However, Mishra only cares about artifact spells. That means specifically spells on the stack that have the artifact type. Permanents will not become artifacts until they enter the battlefield. ðŸ"¨
