Confused on her -5 ability. It says "Destroy all other permanents except for lands and tokens." Would that include her? I think so because of the choice of the phrase "destroy all OTHER permanents" but a friend disagrees.

"destroy all other permanents" other means not her, then it say "except for tokens and lands" so she won't die

A planeswalker is a permanment. Destroy all other means everything but her (and lands/tokens of course)
All true. But if taking off the 5 loyalty tokens reduces her to 0 loyalty, she goes to the gy.
