I like how he linked the card that wasn't out yet but not {Mask of Avacyn}.  And that combo wouldn't work, sadly. Could still get hit with a {Day of Judgement} or something.

I'm talking standard though.. It's goingto be tough to get rid of it. And okay..seeing as nobody has really thought of worldfire yet..

{misthallow Griffen} worldfire {galvanoth}

It's been explained to me that using misthallow, you can stack it in a way which everything would be gone and tour left with only misthallow...and I doubt your opponent can get around that if they have nothing

I think the only combo that can be made with worldfire is an {oblivion ring} on one of your own creatures, something with haste preferably, but the mana is tough, guess you could run it in a RG for ramp, but even so it's not a great win condition.

Switch the griffin with a {Mountain} and {Lightning Bolt} in hand.

I've had a level 2 judge explain it to me in such a way that it does work, but oh well...still...galvanoth in a red / blue delver?

RTFC {Worldfire}. You lose your perms and hand.

Card doesn't link yet. Didn't know you lost your hand too. In response, *facepalm*

delver tends to run a small number of lands and small cmc spells. Even galvanoth is a bit big.

and the reason the combo doesn't work is because you can only cast the griffin and worldfire at sorcery speeds. galvanoth only triggers on upkeep so you can't cast the griffin then. the only way to do this is cast the griffin then flash worldfire with say {alchemist's refuge} which is what, 14 mana all together?

Use the galvanoth to cast Worldfire, float {2}{U}{U} and cast the griffin after it's in exile.

you still need to grant the griffin flash jester... you only keep the mana for your upkeep.
