Quick question: when M13 releases, what blocks will no longer be legal in Standard?

Scars Block and M12 will rotate out when Return to Ravnice releases in October.

Nothing rotates til Return to Ravnica is released.  So even M12 and M13 will be standard at the same time for a while.

none blocks don't rotate till return ti ravnica comes.

Check the Standard section under Standard Deck Construction for a list of what will be legal.
