Title: Clone shell
Post by: Quackmaster5 on June 22, 2012, 10:56:25 AM
Say I play {clone shell}, I look at the top four cards and no creatures, I have to exile one. What happens when the clone dies?Do I put the exiled  cards in my hand?

Ballsack. So it's not as useful in a reanimate deck than I thought. Grrrr I liked the idea of clone shell and {doomgape}, ideally getting a free creature. And adding sheolred I can do it everyturn because I could choose which upkeep trigger occurs first, bring back cloneshell, exile a creature, then sac the shell with my doomgape (bonus for life gain) then get a creature. But I was hoping that if I exile a reanimate spell, I could just get that card and the cycle continues.

The card does say if it is a creature card", so... It is a nice combo nevertheless
