Once they have the combo even if you {disenchant} or {doom blade} can't they still kill you before your spell can take effect?

Yea you are kinda screwed if your opponent gets this combo on the BF.....unless you have an unlimited supply of {stiffles}
You can break the combo, it's all in the timing. Kill it in response to the draw trigger being put on the stack. If they can draw another card in response, you need a second kill to respond to THAT. Otherwise, you're 💀.
Basically, kill Niv. Fast.

Hey, knowing the rules, especially timing, is what separates the créme-de-là-créme (or 1337 from the n00bs for the rest of you).
Know the rules, you'll be a better player for it.

So only solutions are {stifle} or kill creature before enchantment no other way out correct?
No. Even if the enchantment is still on it, you can still kill it. In response to him drawing a card, you can kill it with a spell. Jester was just saying that if he has another way to draw cards, you better have another way to kill it in response to that card being drawn. Your instant will be on the stack.
If Niv is untapped and unsummoning sick, or if they have a way to draw cards as a fast effect, you could be in trouble.
You want to kill it AFTER the first draw. You want the kill to resolve BEFORE the draw does. If they can draw again before Niv dies, you're screwed.

You could use {Time Stop} and if someone counters it then cast something with split second.
Maybe {sudden spoiling}
I included {Someone of the Ghitu}
that gets out Niv with suspen 4 for 2 mana. Even if i dont get the mana i can play him + he comes in with haste.
