Suggestions anyone?
Seems like a lot of draw cards and not enough pew pew
I would only put in 2-3 of some of those cards and put {Sword of Feast and Famine}, {Sword of Body And Mind}, and {Sword of war and peace}
{Artful Dodge}?
{snapcaster Mage}
{Noxious Revival} in case you toss a pike?

Don't have the money
Be prepared to go up against people with money cards in their decks.
I'm not one for saying a deck is better because of how much it cost, but I'm not really seeing any game winners here, besides the obvious one you intended. And theres so many ways to get rid of it.
My point is, what is your back up plan?

True say, phantasmal image is a good card to throw in, if you can get them and you can always splash color to get more options for win con, like splash red for burn and chandras pheionx?

agree entirley
Pretty good. You need more creatures through otherwise you won't do any damage or be able to block any damge that comes at you. Just trying to help though.
Latch seeker. 3 drop 3/1 unblockable common. Can be amped up and possibly grand architect. Gives other blue creatures +1/+1

Why do you keep bumping this if you just flatly deny any suggestions? What are you hoping people will do when they read it?
Delver is seeing a lot of play, if you want ideas surely you can read any one of a billion setups currently being used and displayed somewhere on the internetz.
In regards to spending money on cards. To be realistic, a delver deck is so powerful and used by the top people because they have dropped money on specific cards to make him op.. Swords are money cards, and yes they rotate soon, but that's what we are seeing in a delver deck that makes it so powerful.
Also dropping money on a deck can help with consistancy. If you wanna win you really need a deck that hits the right cards when you need it.
/end rant
