Hmm... What's your strategy with this deck?  How do you see this deck's win condition?

30 land is too many, whittle it down to at most 26. Also, without color-fixing you are going to have a difficult time casting cards with triple-mana cards like Sorin in a three color deck.

Definitely too much land. I would cut it down to 24, and use those 6 slots to help get your big drops on the board.  Color fixers like {Manalith} and {Vessel of Endless Rest} might help with the color issues, and can speed you up to your 7 and 8 drops a bit faster. I. The meantime, surviving long enough to get your big guys out should be a priority. Look for low mana cost creatures with high toughness to help you block. {Stonehorn Dignitary} is a good game delay choice, as he stops 1 entire attack on you, then becomes a decent blocker after for the rest.
