I swear to god, there were seven esper Delver controls, like four blue white delver and a few wolf run ramp, only me and my two friends ran different decks, it was awful and annoying and I got knocked out in top 8 by a pair of perfect u/w delver hands and grr.
I can see that you are happy about this lol... But seriously that sucks man.
I played RDW and got 1st. Lmao. Confirms why I hate standard. Though it looked a lot like legacy burn. With vexing devils. Haha
Pulled a foil resto from the packs I won! So that's for trade. I also got a promo resto for getting 1st so that's also for trade.
This is why I love Draft.

I am just gonna open Pandora's Box and say {vexing devils} are less than par in Legacy.

All them people who bought vexing devil @ 15$ 😂
Is now a good tine to get them?
Idk. I didn't have a standar deck, and my buddy let me borrow his RDW. So I tried it and ended up sweeping.
Hate all you want on vexing devils. But when your opening hand has 3 you're kind of screwed. With four koths in the deck. Ouch. Lol
{vexing devil} is a scrub. Why you think he's tanked in value? Tibalt and him are garbage.
Could someone tell me why he is bad? I see it gives the opponent a choice...but look at the options: a lightning bolt on roids or a powerful creature for 1 mana.
Why is this bad? I would think anyone running burn would have to run a playset.

There better options in Legacy. Take a R/U Delver deck for example. You need fast and effective creatures but not too many....obviously 4 {delver of secrets}, 3-4 {Snapcaster Mage} since your running a lot of other spells, and {goblin guide} is a much better choice than {vexing devil}. Yes the devil does 4 dmg for 1 mana but that is it....it just takes up a creature slot.....works like a sorcery....yet does not count towards flipping delver and Mage can't flash it back. There are just too many answers for a 4/3 creature in Legacy. However, I could see it being useful in a RDW deck.....but he is still so limited. What if you need a {lightning bolt} to kill this 2/3 {tarmogoyf} before it gets bigger or just get a creature out to have some board presence and block? You cast the devil, opponents takes his measly 4 damage and now you just made his {tarmogoyf} a 3/4.
Thanks for the explaination!
