{Druid's Familliar} or the {Blood Artist} Familliar is a great card because you're gonna get the 4 mana. People also say its the best card in limited. Artist is good because of all the black sac with {bloodflow connesiuer} and {Butcher Ghoul}
Definately the revolt.
That's a tough call. For me, it's between {blood artist}, {Druids Familiar}, {Hanweir Lancer}, and {death wind}. Yes, I know, thatcher is great, but it's more of a combo card - it relies on a pairing with blood artist or {riot ringleader}s or the like before it goes from meh to wow. Death wind and artist are both amazing limited cards, but I haven't had much luck with black in limited avacyn personally as a main color (splashes great though). The lancer and bindybear however have both been game-winners for me, pretty much by themselves (and whatever they bond with, which can be any-freakin'-thing) so I would probably take one of them. Probably the foil, just because it's shiny.

Druids familiar is a house. I've used him with {moonlight geist} and {lightning mauler}
Then again, ive played someone who had 2 {blood artist} out and they just suicide black.
It's a toss up between those two.
First pack? I pick blood artist, life gain and life loss are probably the best thing in avr since it lacks removal.
{homicidal solution} is one of the cards I pick up on almost a weekly basis and don't play. That card flat out owns.

guys you have to remember thatcher revolt is only good with other synergies. It doesn't carry enough weight by itself to be a first pick.
Death wind. I think control for those pesky fliers is pretty good in a draft.

{Blood Artist}. I have seen some awesome mono-black draft decks.
Gotta go with the {swamp} on this one. Crucial for casting spells, can't believe nobody said this yet.
