I think I'm really close to a breakthrough with an infinite mill alt-wincon that's gonna casually hang out in my mill deck, here's where I'm at:
I'm attempting to use {Grinding Station} with full playsets of {Seat of the Synod}/{Vault of Whispers} to mill them, the Affinity Lands are easy to throw in because they're just Islands and Swamps as far as the deck is concerned. That is an easy 3 milled, but then, I want to try to bring back the Affinity Land with {Salvaging Station}, which will untap the Grinder, but I can't find an easy trigger for the Salvager. It requires creature death for it's untap, and it only brings back non-creature artifacts. As it is now, the combo says "Mill 3 for free every turn", but I want it to say, "Mill 3, infinite times."
My question to you is this, do you have any suggestions for triggering the {Salvaging Station} to untap? Subtlety is key mind you! This combo is technically only 2 cards, the lands are an easy add-in, and the rest of the deck is full on mill-your-face-off. I would love a subtle, possibly milling artifact creature with recursion and affinity to artifacts? Yeah, that's pushing the envelope. Nevertheless, this is an alt-wincon, the deck cannot be altered much at all to make it work. This deck has pretty good card draw, so finding combo pieces isn't too hard. Let me post a deck-list, I'm just working out the lands right now.

I've looked at {Nuisance Engine}, but that's too expensive, but technically! Before sacking the Affinity Land, I float 1 colorless mana, so tapping for 1 colorless is a very viable part of the combo. It also doesn't untap, which is very important.
EDIT: Yes XD, that would make me Leia, wait no! I'm fake Boushh.

Ahh well, I'm happy with where it's at, it reads "Add 1 to your mana pool and mill for 3 for free every turn". And it only costs 5, technically 4, I think I can live with that =]

I think it's fine where it's at, while retaining subtlety it is still a nice combo, I could build a deck around it, but I just want a sick mill deck, not Epic Mill Time XD

It takes away from the mill aspect of the deck, again, it has to subtle, it's an alt-wincon.

I know =/ {Crucible of Worlds} works as a pretty sick replacement though, and {Hedron Crab} likes it.
I ran a Station deck and used {March of the Machines} and {Mycosynth Lattice} to deprive everyone of lands, then used my artifact mana base to finish the Stations. *EVIL*! >:D
Or just pummeled everyone with 6/6 Lattices and stuff.

Idk? Do they become artifacts after entering the battlefield? I think that's how it'd work, because the Lattice checks permanents once they exist on the battlefield, and entering, they are whatever they are type-wise, so unless they're artifacts, I don't think so.
Shame... But they're going in there anyways! More {Masters of etherium}!

If you have {Mirrorworks} & {Mycosynth Lattice} on the BF, and you cast a {Hedron Crab}, the crab enters as an arti, so you can pay {2} to make a copy. :o

I ended up not using those works but check out my creation in Casual! :D
I thought its worth bumping and mentioning that with the {Mycosynth Lattice} + {March of the machines} combo all their remaining permanents become targetable by {unsummon} abilities! Pesky enchantment? Unsummon!
Also things like {doomblade} ofcourse but without any lands (Hopefully) they wont be able to play from their hand anyways ^^
