My buddy got some indestructible cards, how am I supposed to kill these things if it can't be destroyed and lethal damage doesn't work?

-1/-1 counters kill them.

i specified that say destroy. i didn't say all mass removal does not work.
{Geth's Verdict} and {Barter in Blood} effects work too.
And that's my response to you. Lol
you respondd with an agreement?
The short version:
Exile.
Reduce its toughness to 0.
Force it's controller to sacrifice it.
You just can't use damage or "destroy" effects, is all.
Ok now that I know that you can kill them with neg counters, how do I prove that to him? I've been reading in the rule book and it doesn't say anything about it.
indrstructible says this creature cannot be destroyed.
-x/-x shenanigans don't destroy.
rules say if a creature has 0 toughness it goes to the graveyard.

I'll get you started:
700.4. If a permanent is indestructible, rules and effects can't destroy it. (See rule 701.6, "Destroy.") Such permanents are not destroyed by lethal damage, and they ignore the lethal-damage state-based action (see rule 704.5g). Rules or effects may cause an indestructible permanent to be sacrificed, put into a graveyard, or exiled.

It's not just counters, either. Anything applying negative attributes to toughness that reduces it to 0 or less, from infect/wither/counters, to "until end of turn" spells like {grasp of darkness}, to static enchantments like {curse of death's hold} or one's own {heartless summoning}.
Swords to plough shares would also get rid of them
falls under exile
So creatures with infect wil kill indestructible creatures?
