Saw something like this at a legacy tournament. Made my own changes and this is the result.

I would use the other garruck unless you plan to have a longer then life game

Also there doesn't seem to be enough enchantments for the epic

I don't need very many enchantments for the epic. Also this Garruk can untap lands, something very valuable for {Stasis}. The point is first bring out Garruk, then {Stasis}, then {Stanstill}. The opponent can do effectively nothing, while I untap lands and make beast tokens. Then overrun them.
