Sometimes simple is the best design.  Fast efficient creatures.....{bad moon} makes them even more efficient from a mana cost perspective.  8 cards to make opponents randomly discard......random discard is a killer.  6 removal cards that are always useful.  A little card drawing and lifegain that is always advantageous.

$54 is the low cost to build this.
