I want to run a standard deck around low cost green creatures and blue counterspells.. Any ideas?

If you plan to have instants than {delver of secrets} is the best turn one drop to have.....especially when you opponent drops a {reckless waif} and he is hoping you cannot cast on your turn.

There is a cool deck called Countermayors.. Basically {Mayor of Avabruck} and counterspells.
